Shipping and Returns Policies


  • Our system will estimate shipping cost based on the availability of your items and the weight of the items in your cart.

  • The expected shipping time frame for custom made items appears on their product page.

  • Shipping rates are weight-based and, to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

  • All guarantees of delivery are provided by the shipping carrier once an order has been shipped.

  • We will be happy to help resolve any problems you may encounter but we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery based on carrier restrictions due to weather, or other extenuating circumstances.

  • Local Duties & Taxes on International shipments: your country may impose duties and/or taxes upon the arrival of your shipment. Please note that we do not estimate or include these charges - they are at the discretion of local policies. You may need to pay these duties and taxes in order to obtain your goods. We are not responsible for unclaimed shipments due to these charges.


  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on any item 30 days after the date of delivery.

  • You must contact us via email for authorization before any item is returned. Please include your order number, item number, and details about the return.

  • We will replace any goods which arrive damaged or short delivered, or will arrange the return of such goods and refund your payment in whole or in part as appropriate.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, have not made use of the item(s), and your item(s) were not custom ordered, we will accept a return within 30 days of purchase, and will refund the purchaser for the cost of the item(s) when they are received in new condition, in original packaging. 

  • When an order is approved for return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and tracking, as well as loss or damage in return transit.

  • The cost of the returned item will be refunded to the purchaser, less the cost of shipping, insurance, and a restocking fee based on the item returned.

  • If a product is defective upon arrival, you must notify us in writing within three business days of the date of delivery and provide us with digital photos showing the defect(s) along with your written description of the defect.

  • If a return is approved for a defective item the cost of the item, and shipping costs, will be refunded to the purchaser, or the item will be replaced at no charge.

  • We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on clothing items or custom orders (where items have been  specifically made to order or imprinted) unless the goods are delivered to you in defective condition or are clearly not made to the agreed-upon specifications.
