Orders & Payments
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Via Providence. We accept major credit and debit cards through secure third-party processors. All prices are in USD and may include applicable sales tax.

  • Limit quantities purchased per order or per customer

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
 

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the shipment is transferred to the carrier. Via Providence is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate.
 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging.

  • Custom, commissioned, altered, or clearly marked final-sale items are not returnable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
     

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

Retailers interested in wholesale pricing or partnerships are invited to contact us directly. Wholesale terms are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to separate agreements.
